Curtains have always been plain, simple, or had printed patterns. Miraje Curtains are the world’s first of its kind, introducing exclusively embroidered embossed curtains crafted entirely by our professional artisans by hand over hundreds of hours. Each curtain is inspired by the fashion world and detailed with an array of embroidery craftsmanship that is intricately embellished with sparkling metal embroidery, light-catching glass beads, rhinestones, and imitation pearls.
Our Royal Collections offer some of the most curtains with true State-of-the-art embroidery designs, that have been handcrafted with over 200 hours of careful artisan work. These designs embody a true luxury experience and will beautify any space or décor. Our Classic Collection designs are made for those who prefer just a touch of embroidery with the elegance of having a beautiful layer of decorative fabric.
The Jewel Décor Collection is Miraje most prestigious collection offering customers to have an exclusive embroidery design of fully custom-made Curtain with the possibility of embossing genuine Diamonds, Swarovski Gemstones and Swarovski Crystals into the final product. Coming soon in the near future.
The Miraje collections are exclusively designed at our headquarters in the United States. The creation and the craftsmanship of all our curtains are produced in our workshops around the world. At our workshop, our extremely skilled and experienced artisans devote hundreds of hours with the choice of the finest materials to create some of the most luxurious designs previously only witnessed in the fashion world.
Our Classic Collection is made with less embroidery design to offer curtains that use a limited amount of embroidery. 

DESIGN PRODUCTION

A regular Order is an order of a product within the standard measurement options that Miraje offers. Any measurements that are specifically provided by the customer, which Miraje does not offer directly for each product, will result in a Custom Order of a product.

For our Regular Order, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks and Custom Order, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks to ship your product.

All Miraje products go into production after a customer places an order. Miraje products are handmade and require the highest level of craftsmanship. On average, it takes 200 hours of artisan work for Royal Collection Curtains and 100 hours for Classic Collection Curtains. Once the product is finished at our production house our Quality Assurance Team thoroughly reviews the finished product to make sure it meets the standards of the design, which you have selected. The product will be shipped within 3-5 weeks.

By default, the shipping address that you have saved under your account settings will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed, and you have the option to amend it if needed. If you wish to change the address after the order has been placed, then please contact our Client Services by email through the CONTACT US section or send us a direct email to [email protected]. Please add a subject of your Inquiries “New Shipping Address for Existing Order”. You will receive the confirmation email in regard to the new shipping address within 24 hours after submitting your request. You cannot change the shipping address once the product is already shipped and is in transit to the shipping address that you have originally provided when you placed your order.

SIGNATURES REQUIRED

Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required upon delivery on all shipments regardless of the collection type. For a Jewel Décor product, special shipping and handling would be required which may have an additional cost.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments. The credit card or debit card should have a valid United States billing address.

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, you will be automatically redirected back to the order page and provided with a confirmation of your order.

All transactions are secured. The Miraje website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and payment data.

Creating a account with Miraje will enable you to:

RETURNS

Due to the extreme embroidery craftsmanship that is heavily embossed within our products, it is highly recommended that you thoroughly review the Miraje return policy as it varies from the type of order you may have placed with us. All returns and exchanges must include a printed copy of the invoice received by email and items must be returned in original packaging. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) cannot be accepted. You will be refunded for the returned products and the order delivery standard costs including the return shipping cost.

The following are the terms and conditions for the type of order and their respective return policy:

RETURN POLICY on REGULAR ORDER:
  • REGULAR ORDER is an order of a product that is made within our standard measurement sizes offered by Miraje.
  • Return for a full refund is applicable within 30 days from the date your product was delivered to your provided address.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, and their original condition or the customer may be subjected to a restocking fee of 25% of the order value.

NOTE: All returns are subjected to full product inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

RETURN POLICY on CUSTOM ORDER:
  • CUSTOM ORDER is an order of a product that is outside of our standard measurement sizes offered by Miraje.
  • CUSTOM ORDER is built to the customer specifications and measurements that are not offered in our stocked curtains.
  • A CUSTOM ORDER may be canceled within 48 hours upon placement, after which the production will begin and therefore the order may not be canceled beyond the 48-hour period. After the production of the CUSTOM ORDER has started the customer will be charged 100% retail price of the curtain.
  • Unless damaged by the company, CUSTOM ORDER returns for refund or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Miraje does not pay for return shipping on CUSTOM ORDERS.

RETURN POLICY on SPECIAL ORDER of JEWEL DECOR COLLECTION:
  • SPECIAL ORDER is an order of a product that is made from our Jewel Decor Collection which uses superior materials such as Swarovski Stones and Diamonds.
  • SPECIAL ORDER is built to your specifications and measurements that are not offered in our Regular or Custom curtains.
  • Since SPECIAL ORDER requires using expensive materials, no return of the product or cancellation of the order will be accepted once it has been approved for the production by the customer. The customer will be charged a 100% retail price of the curtain once they have approved the production.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery of SPECIAL-ORDER CURTAINS requires special handling and shipping due to the high value of materials embedded into the product. The customer will be charged for any special handling and shipping costs required.

TRADE PROGRAM

Yes! You are able to place your Trade orders online. You may enter your Trade account number at the checkout and place your orders online using your Trade program discount. You'll need to provide your Trade credentials (yourTrade number and associated email address to sign in and begin shopping). Trade program pricing will be reflected when you enter your account number during the checkout. If you are making a purchase for the purposes of resale, and have tax documentation on file, you may opt to waive the taxes on your online order. Once Miraje starts to offer its products for resale, please note that your order will be placed on a short hold while we validate the tax exemption documentation.

You may request a quote by filling out the “Request Quote” form under To-The-Trade page which can be accessed through the link in the website footer.

Our Trade program is offered to residential interior designers, licensed general contractors, architects, professional home stagers who work directly with homeowners on their home design or improvement projects, and if you are a single-family residential production or custom builder, multi-family residential developer, professional contractor or interior design firm working with residential developers.

Yes, you may add authorized contacts to your Trade Account. Email to us their first and last names, their position with the company, email address and a phone number [email protected]. Please allow two business days for your account to be updated. Your authorized users will have full access to place orders online, in our Showroom, and with our Trade Project Specialist team.

No. Once your Trade application has been processed and verified, you will receive a welcome email that includes your account number. This process may take 48-72 hours.

To cancel or opt out of your Trade Account, please email us at [email protected].

For your convenience, we accept Debit or Credit Card in a form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and also Payment through PayPal. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice. Please allow additional processing time for orders that are paid by check.

Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, Trade will charge the sales tax associated with the delivery location.

We are required to collect sales tax in all states in which we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate, we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of Trade and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. You may submit this to [email protected] and reference your trade account number.

The price reflected in your order confirmation includes your Trade discount.
